  Booked this load with Mauricio Segui, team reefer got to pick up at 1 pm , appointment started at 2:00 pm. When my drivers checked in at 2:00 pm with guard shack, security told my drivers they don't have that pick up number. Dispatch notified Mauricio regarding the pick up# not matching, after 2 hour wait, I called Mauricio again he told me right away its fixed, please ask you drivers to check in. When my drivers checked in, security told them pick up is for tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Rate confirmation says today at 2:00 pm not next day. Called Mauricio again told him what security told my drivers, he said its a mistake. At 6 pm I got hold of after hours Tony he made my drivers check in again. Same thing 2 pm tomorrow, broker never changed the appointment security guard said. Tony said we will pay you layover or TONU. I said send me TONU, Tony advised since its Mauricios load he has to send it from his email. Next day when I tried reaching Mauricio I was repeatedly put on hold and hanged up on. When I finally reached him and asked him what happened to TONU, he said my drivers didn't want the load and left. I was on the phone with Tony who is after hours in Pro Logistics who himself couldnt get hold of Mauricio to find out whats going on. Carriers stay away from shady brokers like Mauricio Segui of Pro Logistics Broker Inc.
